1. Important Notice: Dealer-Based Purchase Inquiry Platform

HASmall is operated as a product information and purchase inquiry platform that connects users with official HASS dealers or, where no official dealer is available, with HASS headquarters or the relevant sales department.

HASmall does not provide direct online checkout, direct payment processing, direct shipment, direct returns, direct refunds, or direct exchanges.

Any purchase, payment, shipment, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, or after-sales service must be handled directly with the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product was purchased.

HASS is not the direct seller for transactions completed through independent dealers or sellers, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

 

2. Dealer or Seller Policy Applies

Return, refund, exchange, cancellation, warranty, and after-sales conditions are determined by the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact handling the transaction.

Users must confirm the applicable return and refund conditions directly with the relevant dealer or seller before proceeding with any purchase.

Such conditions may vary depending on:

  • Country or region
  • Product type
  • Dealer or seller policy
  • Local laws and regulations
  • Regulatory approval status
  • Import and distribution requirements
  • Product condition
  • Time elapsed after delivery

3. General Return Eligibility

Where returns are accepted by the relevant dealer or seller, returned products may generally be required to meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in the same condition as received
  • The product is unused
  • The product is unopened, where required for hygiene, health, or regulatory reasons
  • The product remains in its original packaging
  • The product includes proof of purchase

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Users should follow the return or refund procedure provided by the relevant dealer or seller.

General inquiries may be sent to HASS at hasmall@hassbio.com. However, HASS does not directly process returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for purchases completed through independent dealers or sellers.

If appropriate, HASS may provide general guidance or redirect the user to the relevant dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact.

 

5. Shipping, Customs Duties, Taxes, and Related Costs

Unless otherwise agreed with the relevant dealer or seller, the buyer may be responsible for all costs related to shipping, returns, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other local charges.

Such costs may include:

  • International shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Import duties
  • Value-added tax, sales tax, or similar taxes
  • Storage fees
  • Inspection fees
  • Other country-specific or region-specific charges

These costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the relevant dealer or seller.

HASS does not assume responsibility for such costs in transactions handled by independent dealers or sellers.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Users should inspect products immediately upon receipt.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise problematic, the user must contact the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product was purchased.

The relevant dealer or seller will determine the applicable remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or other resolution, depending on its policy and applicable law.

HASS may provide general support or guidance where appropriate, but HASS does not directly process remedies for transactions completed through independent dealers or sellers.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, depending on dealer policy, product characteristics, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Discounted or promotional products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Special order products
  • Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene, health, safety, or regulatory reasons
  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products prohibited from return under applicable laws or regulations
  • Digital products, design credits, vouchers, coupons, or similar items, where applicable
  • Gift cards or promotional benefits, where applicable

Users should confirm non-returnable items directly with the relevant dealer or seller before purchasing.

 

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product was purchased.

Exchange eligibility, procedure, timing, shipping costs, and product availability are determined by the relevant dealer or seller.

In some cases, the dealer or seller may require the original product to be returned before a replacement or new product is provided.

 

9. EU Right of Withdrawal

Where the user is entitled to a right of withdrawal under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, such right must be exercised directly with the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product was purchased.

The right of withdrawal may be subject to exceptions, including but not limited to:

  • Products made to the user’s specifications or clearly customized
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Products that cannot be returned due to regulatory, safety, or quality control requirements
  • Business-to-business transactions or professional-use transactions, where consumer withdrawal rights do not apply

Users should confirm whether the EU right of withdrawal applies to their transaction directly with the relevant dealer or seller.

 

10. Refund Processing

Refunds, where approved, are processed by the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact that handled the transaction.

Refund approval, refund method, processing period, deductions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, and other conditions are determined by the relevant dealer or seller and applicable law.

HASS does not directly process, guarantee, or control refunds for transactions completed through independent dealers or sellers.

 

11. Regulatory and Product Availability Restrictions

The display of any product on HASmall does not mean that the product is approved, registered, licensed, importable, marketable, deliverable, available for sale, or permitted for use in every country or region.

Return, refund, exchange, shipment, replacement, or after-sales service may be restricted or unavailable where the product is not approved, registered, importable, distributable, or permitted for use in the relevant country or region.

HASS, dealers, distributors, or sellers may refuse, restrict, hold, redirect, or decline any return, refund, exchange, or related request where processing such request may violate applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, import restrictions, or internal compliance policies.

 

12. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and related information displayed on HASmall are provided “as is” and “as available,” unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by HASS or the relevant dealer or seller.

HASS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HASS is not responsible for:

  • Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, warranties, or after-sales services handled by independent dealers or sellers
  • Dealer or seller decisions regarding return eligibility, refund approval, exchange availability, or warranty coverage
  • Shipping delays, customs delays, import restrictions, tax charges, or delivery issues handled by third parties
  • Loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from transactions between users and independent dealers or sellers
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outside official HASS channels
  • User-provided inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
