HASS may provide general information, redirect users to a relevant dealer or sales contact, or decline to provide further guidance where the product is not approved, registered, importable, marketable, deliverable, or permitted for use in the relevant country or region.

5.4 Dealer-Based Transactions

Some transactions may be conducted directly with official HASS dealers or other independent sellers.

In such cases:

  • The dealer or seller operates as an independent business entity.
  • HASS may not be a direct party to the transaction.
  • Prices, quotations, payment terms, shipment, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, and after-sales services may be determined and handled by the relevant dealer or seller.
