HASmall is operated as a product information and purchase inquiry platform that connects users with official HASS dealers or, where no official dealer is available, with HASS headquarters or the relevant sales department.

HASmall does not provide direct online checkout, direct payment processing, direct shipment, direct delivery arrangement, direct returns, or direct refunds.

Any purchase, payment, shipment, delivery, customs clearance, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, or after-sales service must be handled directly with the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product is purchased.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, HASS is not the direct seller, shipper, carrier, importer, customs broker, or logistics provider for transactions completed through independent dealers or sellers.

 

2. Shipping Availability

Products displayed on HASmall may be available through official HASS dealers in certain countries or regions.

Shipping availability depends on the user’s selected country, dealer availability, product availability, applicable regulatory requirements, import restrictions, and local distribution conditions.

Not all products are approved, registered, importable, deliverable, available for sale, or permitted for use in every country or region.

The display of a product on HASmall does not guarantee that the product can be shipped to, imported into, sold in, or used in the user’s country or region.

 

3. Purchase Inquiry and Dealer-Based Fulfillment

Users may proceed with purchase inquiries through the following channels:

  1. If an official HASS dealer is available in the user’s selected country, the user may contact the relevant official HASS dealer directly for purchase and shipping inquiries.
  2. If no official HASS dealer is available in the user’s selected country, the user may contact HASS headquarters or the relevant sales department for further guidance.

Shipment and delivery, where available, are arranged by the relevant dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact, not directly by HASmall.

 

4. Order and Shipment Processing

Because HASmall does not process direct online orders or payments, order processing and shipment preparation are handled by the relevant official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Dealer or seller policy
  • Product availability
  • Country or region
  • Regulatory approval status
  • Import and distribution requirements
  • Payment confirmation by the dealer or seller
  • Local holidays, logistics conditions, or operational circumstances

Users should confirm estimated processing times directly with the relevant dealer or seller before purchasing.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are arranged by the relevant dealer, distributor, seller, carrier, or logistics provider.

Estimated delivery times, if provided, are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Carrier or logistics provider
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Import review or regulatory inspection
  • Weather, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control

HASS does not guarantee delivery timelines or delivery completion for transactions handled by independent dealers, sellers, carriers, or logistics providers.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the relevant dealer, distributor, seller, carrier, or logistics provider.

Unless otherwise agreed by the relevant dealer or seller, the customer may be responsible for all shipping-related costs.

Such costs may include:

  • Domestic shipping fees
  • International shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Storage fees
  • Handling fees
  • Remote area surcharges
  • Other logistics-related charges

Free shipping is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the relevant dealer or seller.

Shipping-related costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the relevant dealer or seller.

 

7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Requirements

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, inspection fees, and other local charges may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed with the relevant dealer or seller, the customer is responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Inspection fees
  • Storage fees
  • Any additional country-specific or region-specific charges

These costs are generally not included in product prices displayed on HASmall and may be non-refundable.

Users should confirm applicable customs, tax, import, and regulatory requirements with the relevant dealer, local customs office, regulatory authority, or qualified professional before purchasing.

 

8. Regulatory and Import Restrictions

Products displayed on HASmall may be subject to country-specific medical device laws, regulatory approvals, import permits, product registrations, labeling requirements, distribution restrictions, or other legal requirements.

Shipment or delivery may be refused, delayed, restricted, cancelled, held, returned, or unavailable where:

  • The product is not approved, registered, licensed, importable, distributable, or permitted for use in the destination country or region
  • Import permits, licenses, or regulatory documents are missing or insufficient
  • Customs or regulatory authorities restrict or reject the shipment
  • Local laws or regulations prohibit import, distribution, sale, delivery, or use
  • The transaction may violate HASS internal compliance policies

HASS, dealers, distributors, sellers, or logistics providers may refuse, restrict, redirect, hold, cancel, or decline shipment where processing the shipment may violate applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, import restrictions, or internal compliance policies.

 

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping and contact information to the relevant dealer or seller.

HASS, dealers, distributors, sellers, carriers, and logistics providers are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, return, or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the user.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information, the user may be responsible for additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or handling costs.

 

10. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Regulatory review or inspection
  • Import restrictions
  • Local logistics conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and related costs may be non-refundable due to delays unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the relevant dealer or seller.

 

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Users should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

If a package or product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise problematic, the user should document the issue and contact the official HASS dealer, distributor, seller, or sales contact from whom the product was purchased as soon as possible.

Damage claims, replacement requests, return requests, refund requests, exchange requests, or warranty-related matters must be handled through the relevant dealer or seller.

HASS may provide general guidance where appropriate, but does not directly process shipping claims for transactions handled by independent dealers, sellers, carriers, or logistics providers.

 

12. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, held, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable without prior approval from the relevant dealer or seller, the user may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Storage fees
  • Handling fees
  • Disposal fees
  • Other related costs

Refunds, if any, may be reduced by applicable costs, fees, or deductions determined by the relevant dealer or seller and applicable law.

 

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss, delivery responsibility, and title transfer may be determined by the relevant dealer or seller’s transaction terms, shipping terms, carrier terms, and applicable law.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the relevant dealer, seller, or carrier may determine whether any further remedy is available.

HASS is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages in transactions handled by independent dealers, sellers, carriers, or logistics providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Users should contact the relevant dealer, seller, or carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.

 

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HASS is not responsible for:

  • Shipping, delivery, logistics, customs clearance, or import processes handled by independent dealers, sellers, carriers, or logistics providers
  • Delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, refused shipments, lost packages, stolen packages, or damaged shipments
  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, inspection fees, or other local charges
  • Product seizure, detention, rejection, return, or disposal by customs or regulatory authorities
  • Shipping restrictions caused by medical device laws, import regulations, product registration status, or local distribution requirements
  • User-provided inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading shipping information

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
